Establishes relationships with physicians and their staff during their 16 week transition. Coordinates multiple activities simultaneously during all transitions. Develops new and existing procedures and standards to measure the success of a physician’s transition. Identifies and executes process improvements to enhance the transition process. Creates, updates, and distributes launch plans. Sustains effective communication with remote team to ensure accuracy of physician information and transition details. Updates databases with physician and employee contact information. Participates in the collective development of training manuals for internal and external employees as well as physicians and their staff. May travel nationally up to 25% for event support to train event staff on the registration process using a unique bar-coding program. Participates in team brainstorming sessions, creates solutions and develops new ideas for future project planning Implements department staff training as required. Proofreads written documents and collateral, checking contents for consistency, typographical, grammatical or compositional errors. Assistant responsibilities:    Independently manages duties associated with new contract announcements. Establishes and tracks physician and staff email addresses in addition to physician web addresses Coordinates weekly department conference calls and compiles the agenda. Facilitates physician corporate visit training meetings and ensures all documents are accurate. Researches venue options by analyzing data and availability and makes recommendation to physician. Develops and maintains relationships with various venues. Assists manager with negotiations for venue contracts, books event space, arranges food and beverage selections and orders audio visual equipment. Reconciles and monitors department’s monthly credit card statement. Creates and develops excel spreadsheets for tracking various projects. Maintains and orders department supplies. Provides coverage for team members when out of the office. Relieves receptionist as needed.  Salary range mid $30's +/- DOE. Full Benefits,eligible on the 1st of the month following 90days regular employment.
